Shipping

We ship orders across the UK using Royal Mail. Here's what to expect:

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of receiving your order. During busy periods (such as Christmas), dispatch may take a little longer — we'll let you know if there are any delays.

Delivery options and costs

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) | 2–3 working days after dispatch| £3.95

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) | Next working day after dispatch | £4.95

Exact pricing is calculated at checkout based on your order weight.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Delivery delays

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, delivery timescales are estimates provided by Royal Mail and not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control, such as adverse weather or postal strikes.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to take responsibility for orders that are delayed or not delivered due to an incorrect address being provided.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little ones to love your Marydoll purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Our returns policy

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resaleable condition

How to return an item

  1. Email us at angharad@marydoll.toys within 14 days of receiving your order, letting us know what you'd like to return and why
  2. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions on where to send it
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Post it back to us — return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at angharad@marydoll.toys. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including the cost of return postage.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, colour, or style, let us know when you contact us and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
