Product Descriptions and Availability

Every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions, photographs, colours, and prices. Please be aware that colours may vary slightly due to the production process, photography lighting, or your screen settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the availability of products at any time.

Age Suitability

Many of our products, including dolls and accessories, are designed with children in mind. All products carry the manufacturer's recommended age guidance — please check this before purchasing. It is the responsibility of the purchasing adult to ensure the product is appropriate for the intended child's age and ability.

All applicable products comply with UK toy safety regulations. If you have any questions about suitability, please get in touch before ordering.

Placing an Order

All orders are processed in GBP (£).

When placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are over 18, and that you are an authorised user of the payment method used.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct — we cannot be held responsible for undelivered or delayed parcels due to incorrect address details.

We may cancel any order if it is reasonable to do so, and any payment made will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available at checkout.

If we discover a pricing error after your order has been placed, we will contact you and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping

We ship using Royal Mail. Delivery options, timescales, and costs are displayed at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within [your dispatch timeframe, e.g. 2–3 working days]. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your order by contacting us before the products are dispatched. If the order has already been sent, we will not refund the original shipping costs.

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive something faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
